By using DUZZ you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Using DUZZ

DUZZ gives you study tools: practice tests, roleplay practice, flashcards, written-plan drafting, and an AI study assistant. You agree to use it for your own learning and not to misuse, copy, resell, or disrupt the service.

Payments & subscriptions

DUZZ Plus is a recurring subscription billed securely through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Account → Manage, and deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. All purchases are final and we do not offer refunds. Questions about payments can be sent to support@duzz.us.

Your content

Anything you create in DUZZ stays yours. You grant us permission to store and process it so the app can save your progress and generate feedback. You can delete your content and account at any time from Account → Delete my account.

Chapter location

If you provide your DECA chapter's location, DUZZ stores it and may display it as a city on a public map showing where students use DUZZ. Only the city is shown - never a street address - and it is based on opt-in Chapter Location data (see our Privacy Policy).

AI-generated material

Practice questions, feedback, and assistant replies are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. Treat them as study aids, not as official answers, scores, or guidance. Always confirm important facts against your event's official guidelines.

Third-party material

Some study resources link to or credit content created by others. That content belongs to its respective creators, and your use of it is subject to their terms. DUZZ is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any competition organization.

No warranty & liability

DUZZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated material.
